R+L Carriers is seeking a Forklift Mechanic Class A for our Maybrook, NY service center. The role includes repair and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lifts, with exposure to electric and manual jack repair, and the ability to lift up to 125 lbs. Monday–Friday, first shift from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Job Description

Forklift Mechanic Class A-$34.11-$40.35/hr. Full-Time

Monday - Friday, 1st shift 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• 3 years of experience with the repair/maintenance of industrial fork trucks.
• Electric & manual pallet jack repair/maintenance experience.
• Aerial lift repair/maintenance experience would be a plus.
• Must be able to use a computer for several different task including creating repair work orders.
• Must have your own tools on site. The company will provide specialized tools.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
