Job Summary

The Field Forklift Technician/Mechanic will efficiently perform quality repairs on all classes of forklifts and industrial equipment. The successful technician will project a positive, supportive, and professional image to all dealership customers, colleagues, and management while practicing safe work habits.

• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of assigned ProLift Toyota Material Handling vehicles
• Diagnose breakdowns, obtain technical and parts information to repair industrial equipment
• Maintain a positive image by interacting courteously with employees, customers, and management
• Participate in ongoing Toyota training through company-sponsored programs

• Promote ProLift Toyota's values, mission, and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are indispensable partners to customers, vendors, and associates.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safety

Educational/Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; vocational school preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience
• Proficient with computer/tablet skills
