Requirements

• Effective communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work shift/weekends
• Prefer ASE Certifications in PM, Brakes, A/C, electrical, Electronics, or ASE Master Mechanic
• Proficient with shop computers and diagnostic tools
• Minimum tool requirements, road test capability, and mentoring skills

Must drive Ryder vehicles, obtain CDL within 6 months, pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background checks.
