What You'll Do

1. Promote Safety: Prioritize safety in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
2. Repair and Maintain Equipment: Lubricate, clean, and service mobile and stationary equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Inspect Equipment: Conduct inspections, perform oil analysis, and recommend maintenance based on findings.
4. Document Work: Maintain accurate records of all services and inspections.
5. Handle Materials: Safely move parts and tools around the shop and plant.
6. Physical Activities: Perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and manual handling.
7. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills Required

1. Experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment; familiarity with CAT SIS or ET is a plus.
2. Knowledge of servicing heavy equipment and industry best practices.
3. Willingness to work overtime and in various weather conditions.
4. Mechanical skills and familiarity with industrial tools.
