Position Details

Location: NYS (for salary details)

Shift: Third Shift - 10:45 pm to 7:00 am

Job Responsibilities

1. Achieve goals related to maintenance, safety, food quality, job performance, and cost control.
2. Comply with GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
3. Ensure facility equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
4. Maintain and support equipment including conveyors, processing, and filling machinery, and support systems like boilers and refrigeration.
5. Perform equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
6. Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
7. Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
8. Report safety concerns and food safety issues promptly.
9. Maintain sanitation standards and cleanliness of work areas.
10. Communicate effectively across shifts and departments.

Required Skills and Knowledge

1. Ability to perform basic to complex mathematical calculations.
2. Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
3. Understanding of company mission, goals, and individual role.
4. Ability to operate facility equipment and interpret related documents.
5. Complete required training successfully.

Work Schedule and Environment

1. Report to work on time and communicate any absences.
2. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to GMP dress code.
3. Ensure safety and report concerns immediately.
4. Complete assigned tasks efficiently.
5. Availability for morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts as scheduled.
6. Work may involve exposure to weather, allergens, and chemicals.
7. Physical requirements include movement throughout the facility, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing PPE.
