Second shift is offered a 45-cent differential, and third shift offered a 40-cent differential.**Job Requirements*** Check loads of plate for possible problems before running them on slitter.* Accurately filling out production reports from load tickets.* Inspect body blanks being produced for quality, margins, surface scratches, squareness, color variation.* Feed body blanks into welder.* Feed ends into Double Seamers and check the quality of ends.* Empty slitter straw tubs and keep work area clean.* Assist maintainer to produce good quality and quantity.* Use Process Control to maintain good quality of work and monitor quality of products produced.* Responsible for providing own tools needed to perform the job. **Physical Requirements*** Must be 18 years or older.* Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift between 10 lbs. - 50 lbs.* Stand at workstation for duration of scheduled shift, which may exceed 8 hours per day.* Ability to perform basic math.* Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.* Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.* Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.* Ability to work cooperatively with others.* Must have verifiable mechanical, technical aptitude and experience.Crown will not sponsor applicants for any type of work visa
