Job summary

Capital Equipment is seeking a full-time equipment mechanic at our Arkansas location in Searcy. You will maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of heavy equipment, performing both corrective and preventive maintenance.

You will work with senior mechanics, change brakes and tires, and troubleshoot engine/transmission issues while ensuring OSHA-compliant safety and a clean workspace. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• Field tech experience.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools (Davie, TEXA).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, some weekends.
• Obtain a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
