The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting building systems and equipment within the nursing home facility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, and facility equipment.
USD $27.17 - USD $41.80 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $27.17-$41.80 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
