Job summary

Silgan Containers Manufacturing Corporation in Kenosha, Wisconsin is hiring skilled mechanics for 2nd and 3rd shifts in our state-of-the-art plant. Starting pay is $29.73 per hour with $0.50 shift differential on 2nd shift and $1.00 on 3rd shift, plus a $4000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with machinery, fixing cars, or farm equipment.

• Assist with the installation and launch of our newest industrial can-making machinery.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .00010.
• Collaborate with management to improve work area safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

Overview

NOW HIRING Mechanics for 2nd and 3rd shifts in our state-of-the-art Kenosha, WI plant. $4000 Hiring Bonus.

Shift options include:

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (starts Sunday night at 11:00 PM and ends Friday morning at 7:30 AM)
• 4 days on, 4 days off / Continuous shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Starting pay: $29.73 per hour. Additional shift differentials: $0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift.
