Job summary

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach & Golf Resort in Puerto Rico is seeking a dedicated golf course maintenance worker to ensure all equipment remains in peak condition. You will operate and maintain mowing and engine-driven machines, follow safety guidelines, and perform routine servicing with minimal supervision from Golf Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and working with a team to keep the course in optimal playing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; golf course maintenance experience preferred.
• Machine certification is required.
• Working knowledge of theory, care and operation of internal combustion engines and mowing equipment.
• Read and write in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all golf course equipment in peak condition with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine servicing and basic repairs on mowing and engine-driven equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and coordinate with Golf Superintendent as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and/or holidays.
• May be required to work in adverse weather conditions (sun, rain and such).
