Rides Mass Transit (RMTD) is seeking an entry-level, full-time maintenance professional to help keep our fleet reliable for daily service.

The position offers $20.00–$26.75 hourly, a $500 new-hire incentive after three months of training, and a robust benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, PTO, vacation (25 days), sick and personal leave, plus retirement plans with employer matching.

Job description

RMTD is seeking a dedicated Full-Time professional to join our team in an Entry-Level maintenance capacity. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability of our fleet.

Hourly Wage Range: $20.00 – $26.75
New Hire Incentive: $500.00 bonus awarded after the successful completion of a minimum three-month training period.
