We are seeking Mechanics to maintain our fleet of shared vehicles. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined operations professionals looking to expand their career experience. Teamwork is essential, as mechanics collaborate to identify improvements and ensure the safe operation of our fleet.

What you’ll do:

1. Ensure operational compliance of fleet and conduct quality checks for deployment.
2. Perform repairs, from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement.
3. Follow safety procedures to ensure vehicle safety for Lime riders.
4. Manage battery operations, including inspection, rotation, and check-in/out.
5. Accurately document completed quality checks for vehicles and parts.
6. Support inventory management and organize tools, parts, and vehicles.
7. Assist with tire maintenance, including changes, inflation, or assembly.
8. Maintain safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
9. Maximize operational vehicles by efficiently completing assigned tasks.
10. Safely operate pallet jacks or push carts regularly.
11. Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

About you:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 65 lbs / 35 kg frequently.
4. Knowledge of cell phone applications; iOS experience is a plus.
5. Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
6. Experience operating a pallet jack or push cart safely.
7. Strong problem-solving skills for quick and efficient repairs.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
9. Excellent organizational skills for managing daily tasks.
10. A safety-oriented mindset for conducting quality checks.
11. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
