Baker Construction in Monroe, OH is seeking a skilled mechanic to perform repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, forklifts, scissor lifts, dump trucks, generators, and more. This in-person role requires teamwork and a strong commitment to safety.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, plus Trade School certification or equivalent experience, with knowledge of hydraulics, diesel, and electronics.

Qualifications

• Experience with laser-controlled equipment is a plus.
