Job summary

Tri-State Ford is seeking a Certified Flat Rate Technician/Mechanic with dealership experience to join a growing service team. You will diagnose and repair customer vehicles to manufacturer specs, delivering quality workmanship and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Certified flat rate tech/mechanic with 3-5 years dealership experience.
• ASE Certifications are preferred but not required.
• Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
• Inspect, repair engine failures and mechanical/electrical systems, and replace parts.
• Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
• Mentor and help other technicians on the service team.
