Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment according to established schedules and guidelines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Test machinery and equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency, and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
