Responsibilities

  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Test machinery and equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency, and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

Job Purpose

The Mechanic position will be responsible to follow all requirements of the Quality Program. The candidate must be able to Disassemble, assembly, clean, inspect and re-assembly both large and small pumps of various sizes and orientation. Link it to the study plan: https://shre.ink/Operations

Job Responsibilities
