Job summary

Hydraulix Corp in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles and equipment in our shop. You will replace hydraulic lines, repack cylinders, and perform OSHA & DOT inspections while delivering clear estimates and timelines to customers.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of heavy equipment/boom truck repair experience; knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and diesel engines; ability to work quickly and as part of a team; valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment/boom truck repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of diesel engine repair.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn new skills.
• Valid driver's license (DOT medical card a plus).
• Willingness to work paid overtime.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Hydraulix Corp is a hydraulic and electrical repair facility located in Columbus, OH. We specialize in hydraulic, electrical and cylinder repair with a focus on boom trucks, bucket trucks, auger trucks, tow trucks as well as aerial and heavy equipment. Whether a customer is in need of hydraulic or cylinder repair, electrical diagnostics, dielectric testing or inspection services, Hydraulix will make the repair. Our main focus is taking care of our customers with quick and dependable service.
