Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on piston-engine aircraft.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues.
• Complete 100-hour and annual inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.
• Complete logbook entries, work orders, and documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure all maintenance complies with company and FAA requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, flight school management, flight instructors, and office staff on aircraft status and repairs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Assist with parts ordering, inventory management, and tracking of maintenance items.
• Support fleet reliability and minimize aircraft downtime.
