Altonia Dugar, Onboarding Recruitment Specialist. Georgia

I have been a part of the RoadSafe team for over a year now, in two different roles. During my time here, I have worked with amazing individuals in not only the HR team, but also the operations team in my local area. Being able to work in each department, I have come to recognize how the organization runs together and how even in different departments, team members have your back! RoadSafe goes the extra length to ensure that safety is a priority, but also that their team is being taken care of. When transitioning to a new role, I received so much support and have had the opportunity to learn many new facets of the industry. I appreciate that RoadSafe has provided me with an opportunity to grow and learn in my career. I hope to continue working with the team over many years as I continue to build my career and pursue my goals. Thank you, RoadSafe!

From the moment I was contacted by the hiring staff, my experience has been nothing but positive. The team dynamic in the sign shop is one of the best I’ve encountered—we work so well together that we’ve become more like family. We regularly discuss safety, with weekly topics and quarterly meetings, and constantly brainstorm new safety measures to implement. The positive feedback from my supervisor and teammates is invaluable. The quality of our work is reflected in the signs we produce, which are used statewide to keep people safe on the roads.
