Job summary

BryLin Behavioral Health System in Western New York is hiring a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to address daily maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support new construction and renovation projects at our Buffalo facility.

The ideal candidate holds a stationary engineer's license (second class within 6 months of hire), a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass background checks including a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Stationary Engineer's license, second class, must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, including a drug screen.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for addressing all daily maintenance requests, performing all preventative maintenance, completing new construction and renovation projects, maintaining the facility's grounds, and more.Shift available: 7:30am-3:30pmOur ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in written form, and demonstrate exemplary performance in auditing, performance improvement skills, and multi-project management skills.
