Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Available to work full-time on-site June–August 2027 in Bedford, MA.
• Prior internship, co-op, or significant hands-on project experience preferred.
• CAD experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D engineering work across product development, testing, documentation, manufacturing, and supply-chain activities.
• Create and maintain component drawings, test protocols, manufacturing procedures, and engineering reports.
• Support supply-chain engineering and sourcing activities related to components and product development.
• Perform quality checks using inspection instruments and record results.
• Operate equipment and follow work instructions with increasing independence as trained.
• Support preventative maintenance and maintain safety and cleanliness of engineering equipment and product.
• Complete documentation required by procedures and the medical device quality system.
• Collaborate with engineers across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to solve problems.
