Job summary

The Arby's brand is hiring a Food Slicer Operator in Scotts Crossing, Pennsylvania. You will join the Meatcrafter team, slicing meats and preparing sandwiches while delivering friendly, guest-focused service. You are expected to learn all meat cuts and jump in to help the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Attentive to details.
• Positive mental attitude (PMA).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide service to our guests.
• Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
• Serve our customers quality food.
• Meet or exceed all service standards.
• Present a pleasant, good-natured attitude to every customer.
• Replenish and rotate supplies.
• Keep the kitchen clean.
• Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
• Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
• Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
