Responsibilities

• Wrap, weigh, and price products using correct codes for meat, seafood, and cremeria.
• Stock and rotate packages in the self-service case and ensure packaging standards.
• Maintain self-service cases organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Respond to customer requests and promote sales through suggestive selling.
• Prepare marinated meats and vegetable accompaniments.
• Maintain case temperatures and report discrepancies to the Meat Manager.
• Follow health code regulations and company dress code.
• Work safely and as part of a team.
