Direct Source Meats is seeking a Trimmer at the Cook Plant to trim and cut various meat cuts using a hand knife or whizard. The role requires proficiency with hand knives and comfort with wet, cold conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience trimming/cutting various cuts of meat with a hand knife or whizard.
• Proficient in using hand knives; comfortable working in wet and cold conditions.

• Maintain steady schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am until finished.
