Qualifications

• Handles customer service tasks with courtesy and professionalism.
• Stocks and fronts shelves ensuring accurate product placement.
• Follows HACCP/safety guidelines to maintain orderly, clean workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Stock product on shelves; open boxes and restock items.
• Front-face items and organize shelves for easy access.
• Follow HACCP regulations and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Monitor inventory and rotate products to reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure shelf pricing is correct and up-to-date.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by cleaning spills and removing trash.
• Coordinate with Hi-Lo operators to keep selling floor stocked and safe.
• Report low stock or out-of-stock items to supervisors.
