Responsibilities

• Cuts, tenderizes, grinds, and merchandises meat products in the department.
• Prepares cutting lists, conducts cutting tests, and maintains product quality.
• Monitors refrigeration temperatures and adheres to hygiene guidelines.
• Reports to work on schedule and supports department managers as needed.
• Wraps, weighs, labels products and participates in department cleaning.
