Job summary

Walmart’s Sam's Club in Middletown, NY is seeking a Meat Team Member to assist with cutting, wrapping, packaging, and displaying meat products while delivering excellent member service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask across front-line and backroom operations, using handheld tools to support production and quality control.

You will help maintain product safety, quality standards, and assist members with purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to build a strong meat department and assist members
• Operate knowledge of meat safety standards, inventory, and equipment
• Prepare meat products to established standards (cutting, wrapping, trimming)
• Maintain product quality and proper packaging/labeling
• Utilize handheld tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Ensure area compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and help members with purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized, member-ready area
