Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow Firehouse Subs Specs.
• Meat slicer is a preferred schedule working Monday thru Friday or is able to set own schedule.
• Meat Slicer also receives incentive pay based off of performance.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions andconcerns in a professional manner.
• Team player.
• Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• The meat slicer is responsible for slicing the meat for use in the restaurant during the day.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning per management direction.
