The Fresh Market in Boca Raton is seeking team members across multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest service and curate an extraordinary shopping experience. You will engage with guests, learn their needs, and help them select meal solutions while working across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End areas.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old and ready to contribute to a hospitable store environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service across departments (Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, Front-End).
• Engage with guests to understand needs and recommend meal solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in stocking and merchandising.
• Keep shopping areas neat and welcoming; assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
