Job summary

Plum Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Team Member in West Bloomfield, MI. You will support daily department operations, maintain fresh, well-displayed cases, and deliver exceptional retail customer service. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a hands-on approach to food safety.

You will help with product prep, labeling, and rotations, while upholding health standards and company policies. Weekend and holiday availability is often required, with room for growth in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to Customers.
• Assist with cutting, wrapping, labeling, and displaying meat and seafood products under supervision.
• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace and service counters.
• Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with unloading, storing, and organizing deliveries.
• Help create engaging product displays for promotions and seasonal sets.
• Work with other team members and leadership to uphold policies and procedures.
