Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You’ll engage with guests to understand their needs and help craft meal solutions while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising across the store.

Expect to stock shelves, assist guests, and perform housekeeping tasks, all while presenting yourself professionally in uniform. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to understand their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping duties; present yourself professionally in uniform.
