The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in our Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will deliver exceptional guest service, engage with guests to understand their needs, and help them create meal solutions while maintaining product knowledge and store presentation.

We emphasize a hospitable shopping experience, across all departments, with a focus on customer care, merchandising, stocking, and teamwork.

• Provide excellent guest service across departments.

• Assist with gathering shopping carts and general housekeeping in-store.
