The Fresh Market is seeking team members to support our Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will help guests by learning their needs and offering meal solutions, while supporting store operations.

Engage with guests, stock shelves, and promote weekly specials to ensure a hospitable shopping experience. You’ll maintain product knowledge and teamwork across departments, always presenting a professional image.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to understand wants and needs
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist across departments to help guests
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items to create a hospitable shopping experience
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
• Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
