Big Y Foods, Inc. is seeking a Meat/Seafood Butcher to deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing precise meat and seafood cuts at NORWELL, MA. The role includes maintaining department standards, inventory, and food safety, and sharing product knowledge with customers.

You will represent Big Y’s culture of caring, uphold policies, and be ready to cross-train in other areas as needed. Must be 18+ and complete the relevant butcher/culinary training program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to order for the entire meat and seafood sales areas.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have completed Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program and/or passed a meat skills test.
• Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.
• Must operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
