You will assist guests, stock, and maintain clean, well-organized service and self-service displays while following safety and sanitation standards. This on-site role offers daily pay, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities to build a rewarding career in hospitality and retail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient selling skills: ask questions, listen, recommend.
• Merchandising skills for fresh displays.
• Stay current on food trends and new items.
• Proficient cleaning to meet sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Build department sales by assisting guests with purchases.
• Make product recommendations to guests.
• Receive, verify and store department deliveries.
• Package and price products.
• Rotate and cull products to reduce shrink.
• Scan waste for shrink recording.
• Grind meats per procedures.
• Promote products by offering samples.
• Clean and sanitize department areas and equipment.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Follow safety practices (including lockout/tagout).
