Responsibilities

• Answer questions and assist guests with purchases to build department sales.
• Make recommendations on types of cuts, preparation methods and meal suggestions.
• Receive, verify and store department deliveries and price products.
• Rotate and cull products to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
• Promote products by offering samples and maintain service/self-service cases.
