Qualifications

• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming environment to increase customer confidence and loyalty.
• Prepares and packages meat, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen and salted meats to production standards.
• Operates department equipment and tools and fulfills customer requests and special orders.
• Promotes teamwork and communicates information for compliance and safety.
