Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age required.
• 21 years or older to drive for company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Ability to read and operate digital equipment and calibrated scales.

Responsibilities

• Keeps market/seafood cases full, rotated and fresh.
• Cuts, weighs, packages, and labels products; trims meat as needed.
• Adheres to quality control and food safety standards; rotates stock.
• Greet customers and take orders by phone and in person; promotes sales.
• Maintains clean, safe working environment per safety procedures.
