Job summary

Plum Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Merchandiser to support growth, merchandising standards, and customer experience across Plum Market locations. This role emphasizes safety, product integrity, and collaboration with store leadership.

You will bring 3+ years in meat/seafood, knowledge of cutting techniques, and the ability to train teams. Flexibility for nights/weekends and travel to openings or vendor meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Meat & Seafood roles.
• Knowledge of meat cutting techniques, safety, labeling, rotation, and department standards.
• Ability to train and coach Team Members and Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Model and provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Maintain Meat & Seafood merchandising standards across Plum Market locations.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to improve knowledge and profitability.
• Support vendor meetings, seasonal displays, and merchandising opportunities.
• Assist with recruiting and evaluating leadership within the department.
• Review reports and help execute promotional plans and goals.
