You will lead and coach the team, merchandise the department, and partner with store management to drive financial performance. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of Meat & Seafood leadership, strong customer service, and solid product knowledge, plus familiarity with USDA/FDA regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food safety certification required.
• Minimum of five years’ meat & seafood leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA regulations and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and train employees.
• Merchandise product and maintain department inventory.
• Monitor sales, shrink, and inventory; analyze financials to meet goals.
• Ensure department cleanliness and support store management.
