The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Sea​food, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will engage with guests to understand their needs and help them create meal solutions, while maintaining product knowledge and assisting across departments.

You will stock and merchandize products, help nearby guests, and keep the store tidy. A professional appearance and clean uniform are required, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items; ensure guests are assisted nearby.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping.
• Present yourself professionally, including adherence to uniform standards.
