Base pay range

$21.55/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
• Lead and develop Team Members.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive work environment with teamwork, mutual respect, and morale.
• Partner with Team Leader to select, train, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members to build a high-performance team.
• Model and deliver outstanding customer service, resolving customer questions and concerns.
• Maximize productivity through proper scheduling.
• Work with the Team Leader to meet sales, margin, expense, and labor targets.
• Follow procedures related to weights, measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock rotation of cases and shelves.
• Train Team Members on organic standards for meat and seafood handling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and incorporate new products into the mix.
