Smithfield Foods is hiring General Laborer to support production of meat products in our US facilities. Team members perform production tasks using hand tools, knives, machinery and other equipment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Roles can be physically demanding, with overtime based on production needs. You will contribute to a safe, efficient production line and help deliver wholesome foods to families across America.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physically demanding production tasks with hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and machinery to process meat products.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Support production line and assist coworkers to meet daily targets.
