Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Market in Irvine, CA is seeking a Commissary Meat Clerk to support the Raw Production Management team and fulfill daily production orders. You will help implement the Food Safety program with QA, ensure proper temp control, and maintain product rotation and labeling standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations; adhere to all state, country and local weights and measure laws.
• Wear required PPE and follow GMP regulations; comply with company policies.
• Responsible for personal safety and the safety of peers.
• Assist in meat production tasks: mix ingredients, cut, dice as needed.
• Move products safely within the facility and ensure timely picking/packing.
