Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a Meat/Produce Associate to keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food safety standards.

After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, you ensure Fresh displays are maintained and organized throughout the day. You’ll join a team that helps customers find products, prepares and serves ready-to-eat foods where applicable, and supports the deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and grocery departments.

Responsibilities

• Keep Fresh area fully stocked and maintain proper food safety standards.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in order.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide friendly customer service.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat foods in deli/bresh sections as applicable and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and rotate stock, verify dates, and dispose of lesser quality products.
