Hahn Brothers Inc. is seeking a Meat Processor for our Smokehouse. You will help prepare high-quality smoked meat products and manage the Smokehouse schedule, documentation, and prioritization of tasks.

This union, full-time role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within the plant while contributing to operational success. Qualifications include being 18+, 1–2 years of relevant experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, reliable transportation, and weekend availability.

Join our dynamic team as a Meat Processor working in our Smokehouse, where you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality smoked meat products for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, food industry environment focused on craftsmanship, safety, and excellence. You will be responsible for managing the Smokehouse schedule, documentation, prioritizing tasks, and offer strategic input to the Plant Manager on Smokehouse operations. This union position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on training both in our Smokehouse and cross training in other areas of our Plant, career growth opportunities, and the chance to build a long-term career in food production while playing a crucial role in driving operational success.
