Zusammenfassung

Western Smokehouse Partners in Illinois is seeking a full-time Processing Team Member to produce raw meat products by grinding, mixing, stuffing, linking, cooking, and documenting per customer specs and QA standards.

You will operate equipment in a cold environment, maintain accuracy with Vista Trac, rotate inventory, label products, and follow GMP/USDA/FDA rules. PPE required and team-focused, safety-minded.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years in manufacturing or food processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with batch recipes and SOPs.
• Candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Perform grinding, mixing, stuffing, linking, cooking and documentation per specs.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of machines and rooms.
• Maintain inventory using FIFO and scan ingredients in Vista Trac.
• Label products with accurate names, flavors and color codes.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and USDA/FDA regulations.
• Keep production area clean and safe, wear PPE at all times.
• Assist with other processing duties as needed.
