Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Team Member in the Bone In Ham department for 1st shift. You will stand and walk on concrete, handle raw ham products, and perform repetitive bending, lifting, and twisting in cool temperatures around 45–50°F.

Expect forklift/pallet jack activity, rack and stack operations, and manual tasks like netting, stuffing, and cutting. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety and quality standards; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, twisting.
• Work in temperatures around 50 degrees or lower (~45 degrees).
• Background checks may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Working with raw ham products.
• Racking hams on racks weighing 5–36 lb; push/pull and turn racks up to 2,000 lb.
• Stuffer, netting, and cutting tasks; grip and position product.
• Forklift and pallet jack activity in the area.
• Wiping ceilings and general clean-up duties as part of shift responsibilities.
