Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Experience in the meat processing industry is desired but not required.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification is required or can be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks involved in producing, assembling, inspecting, testing, or shipping a product.
• Load raw material into machinery and operate grinders, plate freezers, and related equipment.
• Inspect product to ensure compliance with quality control guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation of machines and floors to keep the facility clean and hygienic.
• Wrap, weigh, label, and package items per standard protocol.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear required PPE and attend trainings.
