Job summary

Mediterranean Fine Foods in the United States (Massachusetts) is seeking an experienced Operations and Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing, deliveries and inventory for a growing food-processing business. You will develop new products with compliant packaging and labeling, and ensure SQF procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety.

You will coordinate OTD delivery and logistics, support sales to meet order deadlines, and collaborate with USDA and FDA to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Food Processing industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of HACCP program.

Responsibilities
