• Ensure product safety and defense in the plant.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures for product safety and quality.
• Support all Food Safety initiatives.
• Operate tools or equipment as assigned or perform tasks manually.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Rotate through functions within the processing department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
